Job descriptionDemonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse teams. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on operational excellence. Effective communicator with the ability to foster collaboration. Proven capability to adapt to changing priorities and drive results. Commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive work environment. Must be able to wear applicable PPE including 3M respirator. 2 year's experience within a materials processing facility. 3 year's experience within an industrial setting. Fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing setting. Exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and physical activity. Requires flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed. Competitive base salary, $66,880 to $89,180, and participation in our annual incentive plan. 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and motivate receiving teams to achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Monitor daily inbound schedule and proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth workflow.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for process efficiency and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support plant objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Review and maintain all receiving documents, manifest, logs, etc.
