We are seeking a Technical Project Manager, responsible for providing action-oriented leadership to drive the delivery of our motion solutions. This position requires the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels of the organization, establish and execute to project schedules, clearly communicate project status, and manage project priorities and risks. At times and when the situation allows, you may travel to customer sites to gain a better understanding and drive success.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years' industrial manufacturing experience, resulting in :
• Technical experience and understanding
• Design and development, and transfer to manufacture experience
• Understanding manufacturing challenges (and solutions) and the environment
• Experience working in cross-functional project or product development, demonstrating :
• Development phase experience, including understanding and delivering on customer needs within the business context
• The ability to be able to flexible on projects, recognizing their different needs and requirements
• Flexibility and multi-project management
• Highly desirable : Consumer technology, medical device, or consumer healthcare background, including experience with OEMs (in Life Sciences, SEMI, Metrology)
• Responsive and quick thinking with superior problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated science and / or engineering aptitude.
• Ability to interact with customers to ensure transparency in project deliverables / time frames.
• Strong, collaborative leadership presence amongst peers and subordinates.
• Structured, process-based approach and ability to get things done in a matrix organization.
• Excellent, articulate verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a keen awareness of project requirements and deadlines.
• Desirable : engineering qualification

Pay Range :

The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 81,200.00 - 150,800.00
