On-Call Staffing Coordinator

A company is looking for a Staffing Coordinator On Call.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to on-call staffing needs and manage urgent caregiver schedule issues during off-hours

Notify management of unfilled shifts and document relevant details in the scheduling system

Contact potential personnel to fill shifts and address urgent clinical or personnel issues as needed

Required Qualifications and Education

High school graduate; college degree preferred

Preferred experience in staffing, particularly in temporary agencies or in-home health

Knowledge of medical terminology or a general medical background is desirable

Ability to function with minimal direction and demonstrate strong organizational skills
