Software Products Quantitative UX Researcher

Overview

The client is looking for a Software Products Quantitative UX Researcher for a 7+ months contract position in San Francisco, CA (onsite in a hybrid model).

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, socialize learnings on new product experience.
• Collaborate with XFN partners to identify research priorities.
• Collaborate with XFN partners to apply learnings to product, design, and engineering strategy.
• Conduct foundational and tactical quantitative research (e.g. surveys).
• Conduct foundational and tactical qualitative research (e.g. interviews, diary studies).
• Collaborate with Design, PM, Data Science, and Eng stakeholders to direct and advise on product, design, and ranking tactical and strategic product decisions in support of the launch of a new product.
