Exterior Trim Specialist II
The Exterior Trim Specialist plays a key role in delivering a quality home and customer service to homeowners. They will be responsible for finishing the exterior of manufactured homes after installation and identifying any exterior areas that need warranty work. They must be able to clearly and professionally communicate with the retailer and customer and answer any questions they may have.
Specific Duties :
- Install vinyl siding and overhang material
- Frame-in and install OSB on gable ends of hinge roof
- Build gables and dormers
- Install exterior lights
- Install gutters
- Build decks
- Remove and install exterior doors and windows
- Carry out end of shift / day clean up procedures, such as cleaning and servicing of workstations and equipment
- Ability to perform tasks underneath and on top of the home
- Ability to precisely cut and measure
- Additional specific duties as applicable
Requirements :
