Key Responsibilities :
Establish and cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs
Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive sales strategies and identify growth opportunities
Proactively upsell and cross-sell products or services to enhance customer engagement
Key Qualifications :
Minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience, preferably in CCaaS and / or SaaS
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Experience selling at the C-level
Documented track record of sales excellence
A proven sales hunter and closer with strong business acumen
