As a ServiceNow Platform Architect for TQL, you will drive the design, governance, and evolution of our enterprise ServiceNow environment. You’ll collaborate with IT and business leaders, mentor technical teams and ensure our platform is scalable, secure and aligned with business goals.

What you’ll be doing :
Lead architecture, design, and implementation across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog)Own and evolve the ServiceNow platform roadmap for enterprise scalability and alignmentDevelop workflow automation and partner with business stakeholders to deliver productivity solutionsEstablish and enforce platform standards, naming conventions, and development guardrailsMentor developers, administrators, and analystsTranslate business requirements into platform-wide solutionsServe as escalation point for complex technical issues and integrationsOversee platform governance, code reviews, upgrade planning, and documentationDrive CMDB and Service Mapping strategy for improved automation and impact analysisEnsure integration architecture aligns with enterprise infrastructure (APIs, MID Servers, third-party systems)Lead proof-of-concept initiatives for new ServiceNow capabilitiesMaintain architecture documentation and reusable technical patternsSupport release management, testing, and performance tuningEngage with ServiceNow support and community to resolve issues and stay ahead of product changesWhat you need :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or 7+ years of ServiceNow experienceServiceNow CSA required; CIS, CIS-CSM (ITSM, CMDB, Discovery) strongly preferred7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including 3+ years in a lead or architect roleProven experience designing scalable ServiceNow solutions across business functionsAdvanced knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, best practices and system designProficiency in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, APIs, and enterprise integrationsExcellent communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong documentation and system governance abilitiesWhere you'll be : 4289 Ivy Pointe Boulevard, Cincinnati, Ohio 45245
