Operations Manager - Festivals

Operations Manager

Join our team and lead the excitement of Levy's Festival operations! As the Operations Manager, you will oversee supports daily event logistics, manage on-site operations, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. You will support staffing, safety, and service execution, while being a liaison with vendor coordinator management and driving operational excellence and efficiency across multiple festival events.

Minimum 3 years of operational management experience, preferably in large-scale events or hospitality

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS or event management systems

Strong knowledge of safety, compliance, and operational standards

Support setup, execution, and breakdown of festival operations

Support and coordinate with event staffing, scheduling, and training to meet business needs

Coordinate with culinary, finance, and client service teams to ensure seamless operations

Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and licensing requirements

Monitor budgets, control costs, and track operational performance metrics

Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous improvement
