Summary of the Role :
The position is a full-time, field-based, relationship-focused sales role reporting to the VP of Sales and Market Development. Daily travel across the specified markets is required.
Key Responsibilities :
Community Outreach & Relationship Building : Visit real estate offices, senior living communities, and local businesses to build and maintain referral partnerships.
Business Development & Sales : Build a personal book of business, quote and book moves through internal systems, log activity in Salesforce, and provide weekly updates on activity and revenue.
Marketing Support : Assist with creating basic marketing materials (flyers, digital assets) and social media content. Compensation & Benefits :
Pay : $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.
Incentives : Gas card, company card for approved expenses, performance incentives, and 5% commission on labor for all moves personally quoted and booked.
Earning Potential : Experienced performers can earn $50,000 to $70,000+ annually in commissions in addition to the hourly pay.
The company is looking for a self-driven, organized individual with strong communication skills and preferred experience in sales, outreach, logistics, or basic marketing / design (e.g., Canva). Training and opportunities for advancement are provided.
