Pay Rate / Salary : $70 - $75 per hour (W-2)
A Day in the Life
The essential functions of this role include :
Administer initial and annual psychological assessments for all patients.Perform psychological testing, scoring, interpretation, and prepare written reports.Participate in clinical treatment meetings.Provide evidence-based, recovery-oriented therapeutic interventions in individual and group settings.Maintain a therapeutic alliance with patients and their family / caregivers; facilitate family therapy.Provide evidence-based therapeutic and psychoeducational interventions for campus-wide active treatment groups.Complete documentation of all patient contact per facility, department, and HIPAA guidelines.Provide recommendations for specialized psychological evaluations and treatment based on the master treatment plan.Ensure patient involvement in treatment planning and implementation.Perform additional duties as assigned.What You'll Need for Success
Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.Valid license as a Psychologist issued by the Indiana State Psychology Board.Knowledge of psychological theories, clinical practice, and Indiana laws related to the field.Ability to analyze and utilize data to adjust psychological practices based on clinical needs.Proficiency in administering, interpreting, and integrating psychological assessment materials.Strong oral and written communication skills.Knowledge of APA ethical guidelines.Knowledge of Indiana statutes and HIPAA privacy rules.Ability to supervise master’s-level clinicians and practicum students (if required).Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.Valid license as a Psychologist issued by the Indiana State Psychology Board.
