Your Role as a LPN :

As a Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be essential in providing exceptional care and comfort to our residents. Your responsibilities will include directly delivering nursing care, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and overseeing the execution of care plans.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement effective care plans.
• Provide wound care and various nursing interventions as necessary.
• Support and supervise Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in patient care delivery.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards and protocols.
