Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of HR Business Partners, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with business objectives Oversee core HR processes and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Act as an escalation point for performance-related issues and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement integrated HR solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field; HR certification preferred 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including management of HR business partnering functions Experience supporting and influencing leaders at all levels Strong business acumen and ability to build long-term relationships Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
