About The Position

Anesthesiologist – Locum Opportunity

Location : Dubois, PA

Start Date : November 24, 2025

Shift : Day Shift | 5x8-Hour (06 : 30 – 15 : 00)

We are seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist for locum coverage across multiple hospital locations in Pennsylvania, including Dubois, Elk, Clearfield, and Brookville. This opportunity includes weekday coverage with limited call responsibilities and a diverse case mix.

Key Details :

Coverage dates include :

November 24–26, 28 (closed Thanksgiving Day)

December 22–24, 26

December 29–31, January 2

Night call on December 31

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 6 : 45 AM – 3 : 15 PM (or until last case finishes)

No weekend call required

Physician will float between locations

EMR : Cerner

Case Mix :

Bread and butter general anesthesia

ENT, GYN, OB (only at Dubois), plastics, endoscopy, urology, ortho, vascular, neuro, thoracic

No head, heart, or OB at smaller hospitals

Trauma cases only at Dubois

Support Staff :

CRNAs at each location

Dubois : 4 anesthesiologists and 15–18 CRNAs daily

Requirements :

Board Certification in Anesthesiology (required)

Active PA license (required)

BLS and ACLS (required)

Minimum 2 years of experience
