Registered Nurse (RN) Job Summary:

As a 142-bed Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Facility, we provide a comprehensive range of services—including short-term rehabilitation and long-term care—all under one roof.
The Registered Nurse (RN) in our Long-Term Care facility is responsible for providing direct nursing care to residents and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. The RN promotes high-quality, person-centered care that supports residents’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being. We are committed to clinical excellence, empathy, and teamwork.

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments; monitor and report changes in condition
Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs; delegate tasks appropriately
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with CMS, state, and facility regulations
Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Participate in care planning, discharge coordination, and quality improvement initiatives
Promote infection control, resident safety, and overall quality of care
Registered Nurse (RN) Compensation and Schedule:
Pay Range: $40.00-$42.00
Shift Differentials: Competitive shift differentials offered
Available Shifts:
Day (7:00am – 3:00pm)
Evening (3:00pm – 11:00pm)
Night (11:00pm – 7:00am)
Schedule Options:
Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Part-Time (22.5 hours per week)
Weekend availability required
Sign-On Bonus:
$4,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time
Current, active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license (new grads welcome)
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Experience in geriatric, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred
Strong assessment, clinical, and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Basic computer proficiency and EMR documentation experience
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Availability to work rotating weekends and holidays
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
