This opportunity offers a rewarding balance between manageable patient volume and a supportive hospital environment with robust subspecialty access. Full-time, 7 on / 7 off schedule (7 : 00 AM a' 7 : 00 PM) No on-call responsibilities Weekends included in scheduled rotation Average daily census : 12a'15 patients per physician Hospitalist team collectively manages 40a'50 patients daily Non-trauma designated hospital Clinical Responsibilities : Provide inpatient care and daily rounding for assigned patients Admit new patients and manage rapid responses / codes Collaborate with intensivists in an open ICU with 24 / 7 consultation support Conduct patient assessments, histories, physical exams, and documentation using Paragon EMR Coordinate with attending physicians, specialists, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care Requirements : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (must become BC within 2 years of contract start) Active New York medical license or willingness to obtain DEA, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Clean malpractice and licensure history Must be open to a full-time 7 on / 7 off schedule Comfortable working in an open ICU environment with intensivist support Not accepting Locums, Visa, or 1099 candidates Compensation and Benefits : Guaranteed Base Salary : $250,000 a' $275,000 Starting Bonus : $15,000 Productivity and Quality Incentive Bonuses Relocation Assistance Available CME Allowance : $3,250 annually Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance HSA and FSA options Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability Retirement Programs Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Career advancement and special employee discounts Generous PTO, Vacation, and Sick Leave PSLF-qualified employer Estimated pay range / amount is $250,000 a' $275,000.
