Job description1 : 7 call rotation Protected post-call days off 3-day weekend following post-weekend call Total Initial Compensation Package (new Grads) $630K - 640K $100K starting and retention bonuses $15K annual bonuses $15K paid relocation $200k student loan repayment option 8 weeks of paid time off Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, prescription, disability, and malpractice insurance Reimbursement for primary licensure fees, DEA fees, and renewals $10,000 bonus if you refer a physician that we hire on a full-time basis; $20,000 referral bonus if you refer an Anesthesiologist 14 CME days with option for home study; 1 week is convertible to vacation time Physician mentoring and leadership training opportunities available Research opportunities available through the Donald Guthrie Foundation for Education and Research Relocation Bonus Available up to $15K for qualified candidates Accompanying Partner placement assistance available Physician professional and social special interest groups Dedicated Onboarding Specialist and Provider Services team to ensure a successful start at Guthrie
