Operational Effectiveness Consulting Consultant

Guidehouse Clinical Operations works with clients to measurably improve their operational outcomes through a mix of workforce strategies, improvement in resource utilization, and reduction in variation in care. By leveraging a deep understanding of health system and ambulatory operational best practices supported by data, Guidehouse drives margin and operational improvement across business and purchased services, supply cost, and clinical supply utilization at client provider organizations. Our team of clinicians and former administrators, government leaders, and health plan executives help healthcare organizations undertake cross-continuum clinical transformation efforts to generate sustained improvements in care access, efficiency, quality, and reliability. Areas of expertise include care and utilization management, throughput, post-acute care and readmissions, pharmacy and infusion, care transformation, and enabling care at home. Our person-centered approach engages and integrates clinical and operational workstreams that touch all aspects of the care continuum. Consultants support project teams both on client engagements (on and off-site) and internal projects. Responsibilities will include client and project management, data and information analysis, solution implementation and generation of project results. As a Consultant, a key function of your role will be to support the development and creation of quality deliverables that support essential project workstreams. You will gather and analyze data, identify gaps and trends, and make recommendations related to baseline performance and structure, as well as established best practices and benchmarks.
