Systems Analyst I

Key Responsibilities

• Support Windows 11 laptops / desktops and peripherals, Windows Servers, and VOIP phone systems
• Troubleshoot applications and operating systems while providing technical user support
• Conduct remote support sessions using remote session tools and perform software and system deployment / patching
• Monitor systems and networks, manage IT assets through asset management systems, and work with issue / ticket tracking systems
• Document technical procedures and solutions clearly and communicate effectively with team members and end users
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and research and resolve technical problems independently
• Maintain documented processes within audited environments

Required Skills & Qualifications

We offer a salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 a year. The base pay range provided serves as a general guideline. The final annual salary offered to the selected candidate will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, the scope and responsibilities of the role
