Office and Showroom Manager to support daily operations and ensure a seamless client experience. This
temp-to-hire role is ideal for candidates with a background in
office management, showroom coordination, or administrative support within the
commercial furniture, architecture, or interior design industries. Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day office and showroom operations, ensuring attractive showroom with samples of finishes, scheduling of client appointments, manufacturer-sales-event meetings.
- Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, and clients to maintain strong business relationships.
- Organize and maintain product samples, marketing materials, and promotional displays.
- Schedule and conduct client tours and showroom appointments.
- Maintain accurate records, manage supply orders, and support project coordination.
- Keep the showroom visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
- Provide administrative support to sales and design teams as needed.
Qualifications - Minimum 3+ years of experience in office management, showroom coordination, or administrative roles — preferably within commercial furniture, architecture, or design industries.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional demeanor with a focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite or Google Workspace; experience with CRM or ERP systems such as CORE, Hedberg, or Salesforce is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative eye for design, spatial layout, and presentation.
- Ability to lift to 25 lbs. as needed.
Compensation and Schedule - Pay: $20 – $25 per hour, based on experience.
