## User Experience Engineer Design intuitive and accessible user experiences, workflows, and interfaces across internal tools and applications supporting BWE's digital transformation initiatives. Maintain consistency with brand standards, accessibility requirements (WCAG), and design system principles across all user-facing applications. Support BWE Launchpad initiative by contributing to unified digital experience design and user interface standards. Contribute to AI user experience design by creating intuitive interfaces for AI-powered tools and automation workflows. Conduct a comprehensive user experience audit of BWE's internal tools and applications identifying pain points and improvement opportunities. Create user experience guidelines and training materials for citizen developers building business applications. Research and recommend UX / UI tools and platforms that could enhance BWE's design capabilities and user experience consistency. 3+ years of experience in UI / UX design, front-end engineering, or user experience design. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React preferred,Vue.js acceptable). Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar professional design software. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and UX research methodologies including user testing and design validation. Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility considerations. Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Strong communication skills with ability to present design concepts to technical and business stakeholders.

• Preferred Qualifications :
• Experience designing enterprise applications or internal business tools for complex workflows.
• Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and design token management.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, and usability testing protocols.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of AI / ML user interface design patterns and human-AI interaction principles.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries with complex compliance and workflow requirements.
• Advanced degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
