Job descriptionDefine and own the AI architecture roadmap for Bedrock-based solutions. Design data ingestion and preprocessing pipelines for AI workflows. Architect RAG-enabled solutions integrating embeddings and vector databases. Implement agentic workflows and deep-reasoning strategies for complex problem solving. Establish best practices for Model Context Protocols (MCP) adoption. Design Human-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems and validation frameworks for AI outputs. Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding best practices and ensuring scalability. Collaborate with stakeholders across product, engineering, and data teams to align AI strategies. Strong expertise in AWS Bedrock, AI workflow orchestration, and prompt engineering. Deep knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases Experience designing agentic workflows (multi-agent reasoning frameworks). Proficiency with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and context-sharing strategies. Proven experience architecting data ingestion pipelines and scalable data flows. Strong knowledge of Human-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems, model evaluation, and validation strategies. Experience with Python, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face ecosystem, and API integrations. Experience with scalable cloud architectures (AWS, Kubernetes, serverless). Strong communication and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams.

The role involves establishing best practices for Human-in-the-Loop (HIL), validation strategies, and ensuring scalability, security, and governance of AI systems.
