Physician Hospitalist - Competitive Salary

Job Description

Massena Memorial Hospital, part of the St. Lawrence Health System and affiliated with Rochester Regional Health , is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist to join its dedicated inpatient medicine team in Massena, New York . This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a community-focused environment with manageable patient volumes and strong system support.

Position Highlights :

Schedule : 12-hour shifts on a 7-on / 7-off rotation

Support : Advanced Practice Providers (7 AM – 7 PM coverage)

Patient Load : Low to moderate census typical of a rural hospital

EMR : Epic

Accepted Specialties : Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

Compensation & Benefits :

W2 Employment : $382,200 annually

1099 Contractor : $382,000 annually plus travel and lodging

Malpractice insurance included

Facility Overview :

25-bed acute care hospital with ~2,038 annual discharges and ~6,885 patient days annually

$14 million in recent renovations, including telemetry, imaging, laboratory, and therapy services
