Job Description : We are looking for dedicated, patient-focused physicians licensed in multiple states to join our team. Whether your expertise lies in primary care, internal medicine, addiction medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care, this role allows you to practice modern, high-quality medicine without the limitations of traditional settings. While the majority of our services are delivered completely online, in-person hybrid opportunities may be available.
Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional virtual care, including patient assessments, medical history reviews, and appropriate treatment.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, fostering therapeutic doctor-patient relationships.
- Order and interpret lab tests as needed to make informed, quality treatment decisions.
- Prescribe medications and offer expert guidance on their usage (QuickMD does not prescribe controlled substances, except for buprenorphine for opioid addiction treatment).
- Collaborate with fellow physicians, nurse practitioners, experienced nurses, and dedicated support staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain detailed medical documentation to support continuity of care.
- Stay informed about medical advancements, telehealth innovations, and best practices.
Requirements :
Active medical license in a minimum of three U.S. states; five preferred, with a willingness to obtain additional state licenses (assistance and costs covered).Must be licensed in at least five states and / or three or more of the following : CA, FL, NC, PA, TX.Experience treating patients in telehealth or high-volume in-person settings.Ability to schedule at least 15 core hours weekly (8AM-6PM locally) over four days, scheduling at least one week in advance.Strong communication skills and a commitment to medical excellence.Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided).Passion for expanding access to care and making a meaningful impact.At least one DEA certification and applicable CSL (if required).Why Top Physicians Choose QuickMD :
