We are seeking an Associate Global Marketing Manager to join our Advanced Repair & Reconstruction Platform team within Surgery. This role will be responsible for driving continued success of our global hernia portfolio, supporting all phases of its lifecycle. The candidate will champion cross-functional initiatives with a focus on developing deep customer insights, crafting impactful value propositions, and communicating a global vision that inspires growth.

• Responsibilities :

Supports the development and execution of the global marketing plan for assigned product lines, aligning with business unit and platform vision, driving both market share and financial results.

Works cross-functionally to manage the overall life cycle of assigned product lines, including product changes, inventory needs, production planning, and quality to ensure products are positioned competitively globally.

Earns trust and maintains engaging relationships with the sales teams and their leaders, providing best-in-class marketing tailored to the market and the customers they serve.

Collaborates with Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and other key functions to ensure stakeholder alignment and appropriate inputs into portfolio management.

Collect and monitor voice of customer, competitive insights, market, and technology trends to shape strategies and roadmaps.

Conduct regular analyses for assigned product lines to support business planning and data-based decision making.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Foundational marketing and business sense.

Analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop strong relationships with cross-functional colleagues, team members, customers, and potential or existing business partners.

Ability to utilize organizational channels, comfortable with complex and matrixed-team environments.

Presentation and communication skills - written and oral - for a wide variety of audiences.

Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities. Ability to routinely work on multiple tasks with multiple people while effectively prioritizing.

Qualifications :

BA / BS degree required; Four year scientific, marketing or business degree preferred.  MBA optional.

1+ years of experience in global marketing or product management; experience in the healthcare space preferred.

Flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time.

Salary Range Information

$78,100.00 - $128,800.00 USD Annual
