Senior Project Leader

The Senior Project Leader will focus on opportunities in the Midwest, primarily Michigan, but also projects in Ohio and elsewhere. The Senior Project Leader will be accountable for the success of each assigned affordable housing project including deal sourcing in targeted markets, preliminary deal evaluation, negotiation of purchases and related documents, procurement of financing, management of third-party consultants, and coordination of internal resources to facilitate successful closings. The Senior Project Leader must have initiative, be an effective communicator and have excellent organizational skills. The position reports to the Director of Senior Housing Development who manages and directs the team toward excellence. The Senior Project Leader will be a part of the Development Department at National Church Residences. National Church Residences is the nation's largest not-for-profit developer and manager of affordable senior housing with 360+ properties in 25 states. The Development Department applies its 40 plus years of property development credentials to initiate, construct, acquire and expand the nation's senior affordable and market rate housing supply.
