Elementary Speech-Language Pathologist

Cross Country Education invites a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dedicated team supporting elementary students in the Fullerton, CA area for the '25–'26 school year. Position Overview:

• Manage and deliver specialized speech and language services for an elementary caseload of approximately 45 students, including those with moderate to severe communication needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and utilize diagnostic tools to accurately evaluate students' communication disorders and determine eligibility for services.
• Develop, implement, and monitor data-driven Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) targeting articulation, fluency, voice, and expressive/receptive language goals.
• Partner with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to integrate communication goals into the daily educational curriculum and home environment.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Valid California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential (Required)
• Prior experience working with moderate to severe student populations
• Experience supporting students with communication needs related to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Deaf/Hard of Hearing (DHH) (Preferred)
