Key Responsibilities
Train and educate customers on platform functionality and methodology to drive adoption
Consult with customers to provide tailored research design recommendations
Manage a team of Research Advisors and oversee high-impact research projects
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in research, preferably in a Customer Success or consulting role
Experience leading complex qualitative research engagements
1+ years of experience in a people management role
BA / BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Proven ability to drive product adoption and maximize customer lifetime value
