Position : Caregiver / Home Care Aide - Flexible hours

Please note :

We are currently expanding our caregiver network and building our candidate pool for upcoming client assignments. While we do not have active client placements at this time, we are reviewing applications and pre-qualifying candidates for future opportunities across the Bay Area and surrounding counties.

Compensation : Pay of $25-$30 / hour depending on experience. Fulltime employees entitled to 3 Weeks PTO / Year plus sick time, Medical / Dental / Vision benefits, and 401K matching.

Location : HQ in Napa, CA. Servicing the following counties :

Sonoma, Napa, Yolo, Solano, Sacramento, Contra Costa, Alameda, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Mateo, San Francisco, Marin, Mendocino, Lake

About the Role

As a Registered Home Care Aide, you will deliver exceptional personal care services and assist clients with activities of daily living. You will work to ensure client dignity, comfort, and independence. You will be responsible for documenting the services provided and reporting to the Executive Director.
