Workday Sol Architect

Start date & Location

REMOTE potentially with travel 1X per quarter (compensated) to St Louis.

Long term contract, 2-3 years

REQUIRED SKILLS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field-or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in ERP systems, including recent hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
• Proven experience supporting a NetSuite-to-Workday implementation or similar ERP-to-Workday migration.
• Expertise in system integrations, data modeling, and data migration strategy and execution.
• Familiarity with Workday security, tenant management, and reporting tools.
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI and enterprise reporting frameworks.
• Experience working closely with Systems Integrators and managing cross-functional dependencies.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders.
