Open Position (Telehealth - Remote)

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Salary : $85,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)

Setting : 100% Telehealth (work from home)

Your Role - Telehealth BCBA

As a remote BCBA with Discovery ABA, your expertise will reach families across states, helping children achieve meaningful goals through virtual services.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct FBAs and develop personalized ABA treatment plans

Provide direct telehealth ABA services

Supervise and mentor RBTs / BTs remotely

Collaborate virtually with families and care teams to support progress

Qualifications :

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Required

State LBA where applicable (or willingness to obtain prior to start) - Required

• Must reside in North Carolina
• 2 years Experience as a BCBA preferred

Experience with autism and developmental disabilities preferred

Comfort with telehealth delivery and virtual supervision required
