Assistant Financial Controller

A company is looking for an Assistant Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities

Lead monthly close processes and prepare consolidated financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP

Act as a finance lead on Workday Financials modules and drive system automation initiatives

Supervise accounting staff and support professional development through coaching and performance feedback

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (CPA strongly preferred)

5-8 years of progressive experience in accounting / finance

Experience in public accounting and corporate finance, preferably in a PE-backed organization

Direct experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, Salesforce)

Strong understanding of GAAP and experience with multi-entity consolidations
