Responsibilities
- Address client / member inquiries by responding to basic questions or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Research and resolve inquiries, ensuring timely responses to all relevant parties.
- Meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs) by providing efficient and accurate support.
- Process requests and update account records, ensuring proper documentation of all interactions.
- Perform data entry tasks, assist with MSCAN / MSCHIP processing, and handle other related inquiries.
- Escalate complex issues or concerns to the team lead or supervisor as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.
What We're Looking For
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is a plus, and a bachelor's degree is preferred.Experience : At least two years of experience in a customer service role is required.Office Skills : Previous experience in an office or clerical setting is preferred.Industry Knowledge : Experience in healthcare, health insurance, Medicaid, managed care, or coordinated care is highly desirable.Technical Skills : Proficiency in using a PC, including Windows and Microsoft Office applications.Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.Harver Assessment : As part of the interview process, all candidates must complete the Harver Assessment to evaluate key competencies such as communication, multitasking, and problem-solving.What You Should Expect In This Role
This position is onsite in Ridgeland, MS.The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM CST.Employee Benefits & Perks

The pay range for this position is $28,500.00 - $40,700.00 per year. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. All salaried, full-time employees are eligible for flexible vacation, a 401(k) employer match, comprehensive health benefits, and educational assistance. Gainwell also offers leadership and technical development academies to help build skills and capabilities.
