Responsibilities of the Senior Quality Assurance Engineer :

• Develop and implement Quality Assurance standards and procedures for product inspection and testing.
• Conduct experiments and audits to evaluate product and process characteristics.
• Lead investigations and root cause analysis to resolve customer complaints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present quality performance metrics to support program reviews.
