Dialysis Patient Care Technician - Training Provided!

Schedule Overview : PCTs typically work 3-4 days / week Monday-Saturday on a rotating basis. The schedule is made well in advance and shifts range from 10-13 hrs in length. Saturdays are rotated and Sundays we are closed.

Opening shifts begin as early as 4 : 30am

Closing shifts end as late as 10 : 30pm

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you'll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
• Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
