Job Description

Position requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under ASHA supervision, and eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

An immediate full-time opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist with a strong background in school settings, located near Riverside, CA. This contract role focuses on providing therapy for PreK through elementary students, with a start date anticipated in June 2023.

Key qualifications for this position include :

  • Certification as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience in healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, and school-based settings
  • pletion or near pletion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
  • Prior experience in school environments is required for this district
  • Candidates with significant SLPA experience will also be considered

Responsibilities for this role include :

  • Delivering speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of PreK to elementary school children
  • Implementing evidence-based intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Utilizing teletherapy methods as needed to maximize access and effectiveness of services
