The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory and ensuring efficient warehouse processes. Success in this position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

• Key Responsibilities
• Warehouse Operations
• Amazon & Portal Order Processing :
• Process orders using platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, SPS Commerce, Ariba, and CommerceHub.
• Shipping & Receiving :
• Assist with unloading inbound deliveries and preparing outbound shipments.
• Order Picking & Packing :
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on packing slips or system-generated instructions.
• Container Handling :
• Support the receipt and proper organization of goods from container shipments.
• Inventory Support :
• Participate in regular cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Storage & Organization :
• Palletize, store, and retrieve goods in accordance with FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures.
• Forklift Operation :
• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move products as needed.
• Cleanliness & Safety :
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following company guidelines.
• Teamwork & Collaboration
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
• Communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a respectful, team-oriented workplace.
• Qualifications
• Education & Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse experience required.
• Skills
• Strong team player with effective communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; WMS experience is a plus).
• Experience with QuickBooks and EDI platforms is a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Certifications
• Forklift certification preferred (not required).
• Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule :

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
