Summary : MidHudson Regional Hospital in Poughkeepsie, New York, part of the WMCHealth Network, is seeking a dedicated Pediatric Hospitalist to join our inpatient pediatric service. The chosen physician will provide comprehensive care for pediatric inpatients, managing acute and chronic conditions, and collaborating with a team of specialists across pediatric disciplines. The Hospitalist will support MidHudson Regional Hospital#s mission to deliver exceptional, compassionate care for children and their families in the Hudson Valley. Other : The pediatric hospitalist team at MidHudson Regional Hospital includes board-certified pediatricians and experienced pediatric specialists. The ideal candidate is Board Certified in Pediatrics with 2-3 years of experience in a hospital-based pediatric setting. The position includes a comprehensive benefits package and malpractice coverage. About Us : MidHudson Regional Hospital is a 243-bed acute care facility located in Poughkeepsie, NY, offering direct access to the specialized pediatric services of WMCHealth, the Hudson Valley#s largest healthcare network. We provide the region#s only coordinated pediatric healthcare through Maria Fareri Children#s Healthcare Services, which includes : Pediatric Emergency and Inpatient Services Pediatric Surgery, ENT, and Orthopedics Comprehensive Pediatric Specialty Care supported by WMCHealth experts 10 bed inpatient Pediatric Unit with pediatric nursing staff Additionally, our hospital offers a full range of healthcare services, including : Level II Trauma Center Advanced Emergency Medicine with Primary Stroke Center certification and Thrombectomy services Advanced Orthopedics including the Total Joint Center Center for Robotic Surgery and Advanced Surgical Services Neurosciences through WMCHealth#s Brain and Spine Institute Center for Rehabilitation Medicine and Behavioral Health Services WMCHealth Heart and Vascular Institute MidHudson Regional Hospital#s mission is to deliver high-quality, accessible care to all Hudson Valley residents, regardless of their ability to pay, ensuring a coordinated continuum of care for our community.
