The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing the financial activities of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations.

This position performs professional accounting and financial analytical activities in connection with accounting for various business units and managed HOAs while using generally accepted accounting principles, methods, and practices. The position requires an in-depth knowledge of financial reporting and related systems. Duties include preparing budgets, financial analysis, cash flow statements, variance reports, business analysis and other activities related to financial management. This position reports to Controller and General Manager.

• Perform account and variance analysis, prepare account adjustments, and complete financial statements and custom reports using PC-based financial software and spreadsheets.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with others at all times.
