Job Description

This CNC Programming Engineer will :

• Program and set up CNC machines to produce precision components.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures.
• Create and maintain documentation, including setup sheets, tool sheets, and work instructions.
• Determine fixturing and machining parameters to meet specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and management on project quotes and process improvements.
• Support production planning and help drive efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot and enhance machining processes to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow all company quality, maintenance, and safety procedures.
