Experience : Three to five years in maintenance and repairs of a comparable facility, preferably in a hospitality setting past performance should include some general plumbing, carpentry, and painting primary experience must be in the operation of HVAC equipment specific types of equipment are :

• Carrier or other steam absorption chilling equipment
• Two / four pipe HVAC units
• Digital control / computer Management Systems
• Packaged HVAC units

Skills and Qualifications :

Salary : $44.21 / hr
