A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Enterprise).
Key Responsibilities
Establish and drive key technical / executive relationships with strategic customers
Manage post-sales relationships and coordinate across multiple teams to drive successful adoption of products
Conduct reviews and develop engagement plans for high-priority accounts
Required Qualifications
3+ years in Customer Success, Professional Services, or similar roles, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS environments
Strong experience with project management and customer engagement tracking tools (Jira, Zendesk, CSP)
Familiarity with cybersecurity tools, network security, and cloud environments
Experience with Enterprise & Federal Accounts
BS / BA in a relevant field
