Our client is a U.S. Based contractor firm specializing in commercial painting and architectural millwork fully committed to first-class craftsmanship, unparalleled value, and total customer satisfaction by fostering 'win-win' relationships with their clients, partners, and suppliers throughout every project's life cycle.

Our Client is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of Multifamily and commercial painting projects. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet company standards. This role involves coordinating with clients, suppliers, and on-site teams, maintaining project documentation, and supporting overall workflow from initiation to closeout.

Project Start-Up :

• Review contract agreements, project scope, schedules, and drawings to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate documentation submission to General Contractors (insurance, contracts, submittals, samples, bonds, etc.).
• Assist with internal kick-off meetings and ensure team alignment.
