Job Summary

We are seeking a bilingual, computer-proficient Inventory Control Laborer to support our production operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels through receiving, staging, cycle counting, and inventory transactions using ERP software. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth material flow and warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue and transfer materials within ERP
• Perform shipping / receiving duties per SOPs
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Conduct system-generated and periodic cycle counts
• Investigate and adjust discrepancies after root cause analysis
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for internal transfers
• Communicate with warehouse, production, and quality control teams
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

2+ years of inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Previous ERP software experience preferred

Forklift experience a plus
