As a Principal AI / ML Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI systems that power critical operational workflows. Accountabilities :

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI / ML systems that support complex operational workflows.
• Architect AI infrastructure capable of multi-agent orchestration, multi-modal reasoning, and knowledge graph integration.
• Translate operational needs into technical roadmaps and practical AI solutions.
• Define system-level standards for model development, evaluation, and deployment, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to build robust data pipelines that power AI applications.
• Mentor senior and staff engineers, promoting best practices in AI / ML engineering and technical leadership.
• Establish evaluation frameworks, SLOs, and monitoring practices for AI system performance and reliability.
