Pay Rate : $23.00 / hour

Schedule : Full-Time | Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM | Weekends & National Holidays Off

This full-time position offers a consistent weekday schedule with weekends and national holidays off.

Our Specialty Pharmacy team supports patients with complex conditions including Oncology, MS, Hepatitis, HIV, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Transplant, and Gastrointestinal diseases . We are expanding and looking for dedicated, compassionate Pharmacy Technicians to support our patients and pharmacists in delivering best-in-class care.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound refill calls and coordinate deliveries to patients.

Answer incoming calls and assist with patient and provider inquiries.

Process, fill, and ring out prescriptions accurately and efficiently.

Work collaboratively on prior authorizations , copay assistance , and benefits verification .

Support patients through complex treatment plans with empathy and professionalism.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Pharmacy Technician experience

Valid Pharmacy Technician License in the state of Massachusetts

Preferred Qualifications

National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or ExCPT)

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required
