Brand Health Accountability Specialist

A company is looking for a Brand Health Accountability Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day operations of the Global Quality Assurance Program and Communications Portal system

Maintain inspection protocols and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance and data integrity

Assist in the planning and execution of communications, while identifying areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in quality assurance, hospitality operations, or compliance roles within the hotel industry

2+ years of experience in training and writing training material

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred

Bilingual proficiency in English and at least one other language

Proficiency with technology platforms and project management experience
