Responsibilities
- Actively sell to a high-value portfolio of hospitals within the Jacksonville region (hunter position).
- Prospect and develop new business to drive revenue by identifying cross-selling and expansion opportunities across commercial models.
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline, revenue, and performance reports.
- Develop compelling proposals, position complex pricing structures, and negotiate contracts and deal-closing requirements efficiently.
- Execute key sales strategies to advance the utilization of Cleerly solutions within assigned geographies; collaborate with strategy, customer success, Provider Sales, and Clinical Account Managers for conversion.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales goals by developing account strategy, maintaining pipeline, and building market and competitor knowledge.
- Give presentations and trainings; travel to customer sites as needed.
- 70 %+ travel required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.5 to 8 years of customer-facing sales experience in Health Systems (Medical Device, MedTech SaaS) with a minimum of 3 years in a closing role.Experience managing high-value accounts through high-touch partnerships.Experience working in tech environments and familiarity with technical concepts.Strong customer service skills and ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences; negotiate, establish consensus, and gain agreement.Innovative, creative thinker to solve customer needs in technical products.Results-driven contributor able to work independently and as part of a virtually collaborative team.Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple geographies and time zones each day.Represent Cleerly at industry conferences and target specific leads.Adapt information and style to the audience; explain difficult concepts concisely.Experience managing ambiguity and being comfortable stretching, learning, and developing.Excited about and fully committed to Cleerly mission.Preferred
Experience working within a startup environment.Digital health and SaaS / SaMD sales experience.Experience using CRM systems and advanced data analytic tools.Compensation
Total Target Compensation (TTC) : $300,000 ($150,000 base + $150,000 variable). Actual pay depends on experience, technical depth, geographic location, and alignment with internal peers.
