Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time

Associate Attorney

with

0–5 years of experience

to join our subrogation team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of managing files from investigation through resolution with appropriate mentorship and support.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and handle property subrogation claims from inception to recovery

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

Participate in depositions, mediations, and court appearances

Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy and case development

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice in Colorado

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent analytical and organizational abilities

Interest or experience in insurance law, construction, or fire / water losses a plus
