We are growing in Nebraska, and looking for part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated team.

What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a structured setting. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support children in areas such as communication, social interaction, play, and daily living skills.

Key responsibilities include :

Delivering direct 1 : 1 ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)

Implementing treatment plans developed by a BCBA

Accurately collecting and recording data on client progress during each session

Assisting with the development of age-appropriate skills

Collaborating with a clinical team to review outcomes and adjust strategies

Creating a positive, engaging, and safe environment for learning and growth

Minimum Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

RBT certification ( Required )

Previous experience in ABA therapy, education, psychology, child development, or related fields ( required )

Must be able to pass a background check
