Beehive Industries is dedicated to Powering American Defense by revolutionizing the design, development, and delivery of jet propulsion systems to support the warfighter. Through the integration of additive manufacturing, the company aims to meet the growing and urgent needs for unmanned aerial defense by dramatically improving a jet engine's speed to market, fuel efficiency, and cost. Founded in 2020, the company is headquartered in Englewood, Colorado, with additional facilities in Knoxville, Tennessee, Loveland, Ohio, and Mount Vernon, Ohio. Beehive is committed to grow and advance the defense industrial base while manufacturing exclusively in the USA. The role will be located at our Englewood, Colorado facility.

Role Overview

The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality manufacturing processes to make sure the products produced meet quality standards and customers' expectations. The Quality Manager will implement, monitor, and improve the quality of the external parts business QMS and related operational processes and outputs. This position offers a unique opportunity to join a world-class additive manufacturing team and impact the quality system and processes.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement quality standards
• Develop and implement quality control system
• Monitor and analyze quality performance
• Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met
• Collaborate with operations managers and engineers to develop and implement controls and improvements
• Ensure that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations
• Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues
• Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements
• Review codes, specifications, and processes
• Manage all personnel within the quality department
• Manage all auditing activities (Customers, 3rd parties, certification organization, etc.)
• Actively lead the team, engaging teammates in discussions on quality and improvements even when quality escapes occur

Salary Range

$118,975 – $188,604 base salary. In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this position is $118,975–$188,604 base salary. Please note that wage information is a general guideline only, and we will consider factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills, and market conditions when extending an offer.
